Truckee gets its first shopping center in 25 years with a flagship Raley’s grocery market (opened June 2020) as its anchor and a new 12,000 S.F. Ace, Mountain Hardware and Sports location (opened July 2020) and a 9,250 S.F. retail building available in Oct. 2020 and an estimated 20 restaurants, stores and services, plus 200 critically needed locals residential units opening in 2021 and 2022.
