Kayley Jones, Vice President of North Tahoe Commercial holds a Bachelor's in communications from Boston College and a Master's in Education from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has 10 years of experience representing local property owners and working in close collaboration with developers and small businesses alike. Through active involvement with the Truckee River Watershed Council, the Queen of Hearts Foundation, and the Truckee Donner Chamber of Commerce, she has immersed herself into the local community in meaningful ways.
As the primary Administrative Member of the North Tahoe Commercial Team, Kayley is responsible for all communication with owners and investors and their representatives in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and retail (remove) residential residential properties. She enthusiastically interacts with both buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords in administrative tasks required for successful transactions in the Truckee/Lake Tahoe area each year and has a strong, multi-dimensional understanding of the current commercial and retail markets.

John Jones is the supervising broker and President of North Tahoe Commercial and North Tahoe Properties. His career, as well as his life, is marked with dedication, hard work, and accomplishment. From 1985 to 2005, John was a decorated Wall Street Equity Analyst following the Computer Industry. Since his retirement from the finance industry, John has been the President of his own investment management company. (Triley Ventures) The objective of Triley Ventures is to create a business infrastructure that supports personal investments, property management, consulting and directorships of public companies.
In 2010 John successfully ran for the position of Director - Truckee Tahoe Airport District, and he is currently Board President with a term lasting until 2018. In 2011 John purchased North Tahoe Commercial INC, a commercial oriented real estate corporation. Together with his daughter, Kayley, John has grown North Tahoe Commercial into one of the top performing commercial real estate firms in the Truckee area. And with the support of his team, including Jessica Barton and Kayley Jones, John is expanding his business into both the Tahoe City commercial sector and the greater Lake Tahoe residential market.

Jessica Barton is a licensed real estate agent with 20 years of experience in hospitality/property management, asset management, accounting, and real estate. She joined North Tahoe Commercial in 2020. Previously, Jessica served as an Asset Manager and General Manager for JMA Ventures on various projects such as Constellation at Northstar, West Shore Café, Homewood Mountain Resort, Epic Steakhouse, and Waterbar. After her time with JMA Ventures, she founded her own successful financial consulting venture and pursued commercial leasing. Jessica has overseen operations, finance, and leasing for hotels, residential, retail, restaurants, office, and resorts all within the Truckee/Lake Tahoe Region. Jessica has strong community relationships that she often is able to leverage when working with owners and tenants.
